Day 49 - A Rainbow

I'm at my 49th post! Tomorrow, I will have 50 blog posts! Cool. Anyway, back to my blog post...


I don't know if you've ever been to Colorado (yes, I'm still blogging about my vacation...hee hee), but it rains sometimes. It will randomly rain without any warning for a few minutes, (and it's usually a fairly light rain) and then the sky will clear and a rainbow will appear. 
This rainbow was a full rainbow, all the way across the ranch. I couldn't really get it in one photo, it was too big. But, it was beautiful. It's one of those moments where you just marvel at the beauty of the earth...or the sky...since we're talking about a rainbow here. Whatever.


So I just wanted to share this picture with you. You got to see a picture of a pretty rainbow, and a little more of their ranch!

    It's hard not to feel a little possessive about Scotty--we watched him, a remarkably mature artist for any age, branch out and really come into his own over the course of a competition that few thought that he could win. His passionate delivery, and his voice--deep as mahogany, sweet as honey--ultimately won everyone over.

    I was a fan ever since he auditioned. His deep voice won me over immediately! I think everybody feels proud of him...I sure do! He began as a "mini-Josh Turner" but he found his own style and voice during Idol.
